  • 1 high-speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 2 to 4 dates or 1 tablespoon of either raw, local honey, maple syrup or a couple drops of stevia
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch or two of celtic sea salt Himalayan or other sea salt is fine too

Instructions
 

  • Pour hemp seeds and filtered water into a high-speed blender. Slowly, turn the speed up to high and blend for about a minute.
  • Pour the milk out through a nut milk bag into a bowl and strain. You can use a cheesecloth over a metal strainer if you don’t have a nut milk bag.
  • Once the milk is strained, pour it back into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for another minute. Pour out and enjoy!
