hemp seeds

filtered water

dates
or 1 tablespoon of either raw, local honey, maple syrup or a couple drops of stevia

vanilla extract

cardamom

cinnamon
a pinch or two of celtic sea salt
Himalayan or other sea salt is fine too
Instructions
Pour hemp seeds and filtered water into a high-speed blender. Slowly, turn the speed up to high and blend for about a minute.
Pour the milk out through a nut milk bag into a bowl and strain. You can use a cheesecloth over a metal strainer if you don’t have a nut milk bag.
Once the milk is strained, pour it back into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for another minute. Pour out and enjoy!
