Method
- Pour hemp seeds and filtered water into a high-speed blender. Slowly, turn the speed up to high and blend for about a minute.
- Pour the milk out through a nut milk bag into a bowl and strain. You can use a cheesecloth over a metal strainer if you don’t have a nut milk bag.
- Once the milk is strained, pour it back into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for another minute. Pour out and enjoy!
